with Microsoft's Internet Explorer. There are many features of the web
site that will either be reduced or not display correctly in other Browsers.

Most screens are designed for 800 x 600 or 1024 x 768 resolution. |
| Text Size |
The text size on screens
can be changed by selecting "View / Text Size". |
| Frames |
Some of the older screens use
frames. Limitations in FrontPage - the web authoring software - prevent
proper navigation. If you get stuck without navigation bars use the back
button in your browse to return to the menus. These areas are being
updated |
| Graphics |
There are many graphics on the
site. Some of these are large and detailed. Some are full color and
may not look complete on lower depth displays. Due to size some graphics
will time out when down loading on low speed lines. For best results high
speed or cable modems are recommended. |
